Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or high-order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS (where applicable).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Perkydoodles is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
