At Perky doodles studio, every product is thoughtfully designed and packed with care. We want you to love your order, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• An unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Minor variations in color due to screen settings
• Personalized or custom-made products

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds will not be issued for courier-related delays.
